How often will my meal plan (iCal feed) synch with my Google calendar?

Google may only update their feeds every 8 hours, but our feed is designed to notify all calendar software anytime you make a change to your planner.

Google Calendar does not (currently) have a way to manual refresh your feeds, however you can remove your current feed and then add it back with a slight modificationSo if your feed looks something like this:

http://www.plantoeat.com/planner/123456789/recipes/plantoeat-ical.ics

You can add "?v=1" to the end of your feed and Google will think it is a new feed and will not use it's cached version.

So, http://www.plantoeat.com/planner/123456789/recipes/plantoeat-ical.ics
Will become http://www.plantoeat.com/planner/123456789/recipes/plantoeat-ical.ics?v=1

And if you do this more than once you can increment the number. So "?v=1" would be come "?v=2"
